7. Reporting: Creating sales reports, tracking progress, and analyzing data to improve sales strategies.
8. Collaboration: Working with internal teams (marketing, customer support) to ensure a positive customer experience.
9. Industry Knowledge: Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
