Key Responsibilities:

4. Software Management:

Ensuring computer hardware, such as CPUs, monitors, printers, and other peripherals, is in good working order.
6. Security Compliance:
Following security protocols to protect sensitive information, including setting up passwords, encrypting data, and preventing unauthorized access.
7. Communication and Collaboration:
Interacting with IT teams and end-users to address issues and ensure smooth system operation.
8. Documentation:
Maintaining accurate logs and records of system operations, issues, and resolutions.
9. Following SOPs:
Adhering to standard operating procedures for various tasks, including job scheduling, error handling, and system monitoring.
