Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales, dealer/distributor development, and market expansion within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned region
Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retail network
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate new leads
Monitor competitor activity and provide market trends
Plan and execute promotional activities and field campaigns
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis
Collaborate with internal departments like logistics, marketing, and accounts.
