QA Manual Tester — Roles & Responsibilities (Fresher)
Understand project requirements and assist in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, or software applications.
Perform different types of testing such as Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Integration Testing, and UiTesting.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Excel.
Work closely with developers to discuss bugs, clarify issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing to ensure application stability.
Ensure test coverage and follow testing processes to maintain product quality.
Assist in preparing test summary reports and documentation.
Participate in team meetings, requirement discussions, and sprint planning.
