An Admin Executive, also known as an Administrative Executive, provides high-level administrative support to an organization. This role involves managing daily office operations, coordinating meetings and travel, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. They act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth office functionality and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
1>>Office Management:
Overseeing daily office operations, maintaining a tidy and functional workspace, managing supplies, and ensuring equipment is in working order.
2>>Meeting and Travel Coordination:
Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, arranging travel logistics, and coordinating with internal and external parties.
3>>Record Keeping and Reporting:
Maintaining organized records, preparing reports, managing databases, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
4>>Communication and Correspondence:
Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and acting as a point of contact for inquiries.
5>>Support for Executives and Teams:
Providing administrative support to executives, assisting with document preparation, presentations, and other tasks as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Exp in handling Reception & Administration work
Office Maintenance & Manage customer visit manifests.
Knowledge about VISA processing and FRRO
Foreign staff accommodation management
All staff travel arrangements: hotels, flights and taxes.
Fixed asset record maintenance and asset tagging.
