Job Title: Executive – Human Resources

Role Summary:
The HR Executive will support the implementation of HR processes across real estate, construction, and infrastructure verticals. The role involves hands-on execution of HR operations including recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, site-level HR support, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate must have working knowledge of labor laws and experience handling blue-collar and site-based employees.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Recruitment & Onboarding
• Assist in hiring skilled and unskilled workers, engineers, and administrative staff.
• Coordinate with manpower agencies and vendors for site labor requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding, document collection, ID card issuance, and induction programs.
🔹 Attendance, Payroll & HR Operations
• Maintain attendance and leave records for site and office staff.
• Coordinate with the payroll team for timely processing of salaries and wages.
• Handle employee master data entry and updates in HRMS or Excel trackers.
🔹 Statutory Compliance Support
• Maintain statutory registers for labor (as per CLRA, BOCW Acts).
• Coordinate ESI, PF, and other statutory deductions and documentation.
• Assist with audits and inspections by labor authorities.
🔹 Employee Welfare & Engagement
• Address basic employee queries and grievances, escalating when necessary.
• Support welfare initiatives such as health camps, safety kits, accommodation, and meal coordination for site workers.
• Organize small engagement activities at project sites and regional offices.
🔹 Site-Level HR Coordination
• Visit project sites regularly to ensure HR policies are being implemented.
• Ensure PPE compliance, health & safety briefings, and labor welfare at construction sites.
• Interface with site supervisors and contractors for labor management.

Key Skills & Competencies:
• Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/HRMS
• Ability to work with blue-collar workforce and contractors
• Documentation and reporting skills
• Multilingual ability (especially regional/local language) is a plus

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business / Management (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in HR role within construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors

• Willingness to travel to project sites
• Exposure to field HR operations and labor-intensive environments
