We are looking for a Senior Database Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL. The ideal candidate has delivered at least two large-scale projects, with strong expertise in performance tuning, query optimization, and ETL processes.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable database structures, procedures, and queries
Optimize complex SQL queries and resolve performance issues
Lead data integration and migration efforts using ETL tools (SSIS preferred)
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business users
Mentor junior team members and enforce best practices

✅ Required Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server & MySQL
Strong experience with T-SQL, query tuning, indexing, and performance monitoring
ETL process design and data modeling experience
Experience delivering large-scale database projects
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

💡 Good to Have:
Exposure to cloud databases (Azure SQL, AWS RDS)
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
