A Finance professional in Hosur will be responsible for managing the financial health of the unit, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and analysis. They will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and may be involved in developing financial models and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the unit.
Financial Reporting:
Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Cost Control and Management:
Identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing strategies to improve profitability.
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
Financial Modeling:
Creating and maintaining accurate financial models to support business decisions.
Collaboration:
Working with other departments to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
Risk Management:
Identifying and mitigating financial risks.
Accounting:
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and ensuring accurate accounting of all transactions.
Audits:
Participating in financial audits and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Working Capital Management:
Managing the unit’s working capital, including cash flow and funding.

Qualification : B. Com,M.com, MBA (Finance)
Experience – 15+ years
Candidate should have experienced in SAP, Payables, receivables, GST & TDS, accounts & finance.
