An HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for an organization. This involves managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. They also play a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Responsibilities:

1>>Identifying and Sourcing Candidates:
Recruiters actively search for qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
2>>Screening Resumes and Applications:
They review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
3>>Conducting Interviews:
Recruiters conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
4>>Coordinating Interviews with Hiring Managers:
They schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant team members.
5>>Maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS):
Recruiters use ATS to manage candidate data, track applications, and ensure compliance.
6>>Negotiating Offers:
They negotiate job offers with selected candidates and extend employment contracts.
