3>>Stakeholder Collaboration:
Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide recruitment expertise, and ensure alignment with company goals.
4>>Candidate Experience:
Ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
5>>Process Improvement:
Identifying areas for improvement in the recruitment process and implementing best practices.
