Roles & Responsibilities
🔹 Content Review & Analysis
Review user-generated content (text, images, videos) to ensure compliance with platform policies.
Identify and take action on inappropriate, harmful, or violating content.
Classify, label, and categorize content according to guidelines.
🔹 Policy Enforcement
Apply community standards consistently while moderating.
Escalate edge-case or high-severity issues to senior teams.
Stay updated with policy changes and apply them accurately.
🔹 Quality & Accuracy
Maintain high accuracy in decisions while meeting daily/weekly targets.
Ensure zero deviation from quality benchmarks and moderation guidelines.
Perform re-checks on flagged or previously moderated content.
🔹 Data Entry & Documentation
Update records, case notes, decisions, and content logs with precision.
Document unusual cases for process improvements.
🔹 Risk & Safety Management
Detect spam, scams, fraud, misinformation, and copyright violations.
Protect platform integrity and maintain a safe digital environment.
🔹 Operational Tasks
Work in non-voice, backend process, handling tickets, tasks, and dashboard evaluations.
Follow SLA timelines and productivity standards.
Collaborate with shift leads and team members on workflow improvements.
