The role involves identifying requirements, submitting candidates, negotiating rates, maintaining relationships with vendors/clients, and ensuring fast and successful placements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Bench Consultant Marketing

Market and place bench candidates by submitting them to suitable job requirements.

Identify active requirements through job portals, vendors, and client relationships.

Develop strong marketing strategies to achieve quick placements.

Vendor & Client Relationship

Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.

Regularly follow up on submissions, interview schedules, and feedback.

Negotiate billing rates and finalize contracts with vendors and clients.

Candidate Coordination

Maintain daily communication with bench consultants regarding marketing updates.

Prepare candidate profiles, resume modifications, and highlight relevant skills.

Schedule interviews, provide interview tips, and assist in onboarding.

Job Search & Submissions

Search, screen, and analyze job descriptions to match consultants’ skills.

Submit consultants to job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

Track submissions, interviews, and selection status.

Documentation & Compliance

Ensure proper documentation like work authorization, ID proofs, and project details.

Maintain updated records of submissions, interviews, and placements.

Follow company policies and ensure 100% compliance with immigration rules.
