Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Target Achievement:
Meeting and exceeding sales targets for various Paytm payment solutions within a designated territory.
2. Customer Acquisition:
Identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and onboarding new merchants to Paytm’s platform.
3. Product Promotion:
Explaining the features and benefits of Paytm’s payment solutions, such as EDC machines and QR codes, to businesses.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Market Research and Feedback:
Gathering feedback on existing products and competitor activities to contribute to product development and enhancements.
6. Onboarding and Training:
Assisting merchants with the onboarding process, including setting up devices and providing training on how to use Paytm’s payment solutions.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and onboarding details.
