Relationship Manager

1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identifying and acquiring new clients for home loans through open market and developer relationships.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify further business opportunities.
Understanding client needs and providing tailored financial solutions, including home loans and related products.
2. Sales and Business Development:
Achieving sales targets for home loans and other relevant products within the assigned territory.
Promoting the Piramal brand and its housing finance products within the target market.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand market share.
3. Compliance and Documentation:
Ensuring adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines and other company policies.
Managing the loan process from application to disbursement, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
4. Customer Service:
Addressing customer queries and concerns related to home loans and other products.
Providing excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Cross-selling other relevant products like insurance to existing home loan customers.
