📝 Job Description:
✅ Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, training & development
✅ Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination
✅ Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
✅ Oversee admin tasks: facility management, vendor coordination, safety & asset control
✅ Handle discipline, grievance redressal, and employee engagement activities
✅ Serve as a bridge between staff and management
✅ Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
