Administrative Support: Assist with tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
Scheduling and Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, manage meeting rooms, and assist with travel arrangements.
Maintaining Security: Monitor logbooks, issue visitor badges, and follow security procedures.
Handling Mail and Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Customer Service: Provide basic information to visitors and callers, and handle inquiries efficiently.
Maintaining Office Supplies: Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock.
