An Inside Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales revenue by engaging with potential and existing customers remotely, primarily through phone, email, and online platforms. They identify, qualify, and nurture leads, present product information, negotiate deals, and build relationships to close sales and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1>>Lead Generation and Qualification:
Identifying and researching potential customers, qualifying leads based on their needs and budget, and determining their interest in the company’s products or services.
2>>Sales Presentations:
Engaging with prospects through various communication channels (phone, email, video conferencing) to showcase product features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase.
3>>Relationship Building:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
4>>Closing Sales:
Negotiating pricing and payment terms, and closing sales agreements.
5>>Sales Pipeline Management:
Tracking sales activities, updating customer information in CRM systems, and reporting on sales progress.

Requirements:
