Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer queries, and providing assistance.
Problem Solving:
Identifying and resolving customer issues, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Communication:
Communicating professionally and empathetically with customers from diverse backgrounds, often in multiple languages.
Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Technical Proficiency:
Understanding and utilizing company systems, tools, and databases to effectively assist customers.
Target Achievement:
Meeting or exceeding performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.
We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and prior experience in international voice processes. This is a full-time on-site role for our client.

Mode – WFO
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process is mandatory
• Excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in Any 9 Hours Shift.
