Hiring: Tele Counsellor – Domestic (Outbound Calling)
For a Leading Aviation/Training Company

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Weekly OƯ : Sunday

Role Summary
We are hiring Tele Counsellors to handle outbound calls to pre-qualified leads (provided
by the company). The role involves counselling students over the phone and
encouraging them to attend walk-in seminars at the training centre.

Job Responsibilities
 Outbound calling to students from the lead database
 Pitching educational/career opportunities
 Fixing appointments for seminars
 Following up and ensuring walk-in attendance
 Daily call tracking and reporting

Eligibility Criteria
Requirement Description
Education Minimum: 12th pass (result in hand)
Experience
Freshers with strong communication OR 6 months to 5 years in
BPO/telecalling/tele-sales
Gender Male/Female
Requirement Description
Age 18 to 34 years
Languages Must speak Hindi fluently and basic English

Voice & Communication Requirements
 No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) – e.g., S–SH, V–VH, P–PH sound issues
 No RTI (Regional Touch Influence) – e.g., avoid strong regional accents (Nepali,
Kashmiri, Manipuri, Odia, etc.)
 Must be talkative and clear, able to handle 3–4 lines fluently on any topic

Salary Details
Candidate Type Salary (In-Hand)
Fresher ₹16,000
Experienced ₹21,000 – ₹26,000
No PF deduction – full in-hand salary

 Must be medically fit
 Confirm there is no chronic illness or physical disability
 Candidate must be ready for immediate joining
