An Accounts Executive manages financial transactions, maintains accurate records, and prepares financial reports. They oversee accounts payable and receivable, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. They also collaborate with other departments, providing financial information and support.
Responsibilities:
1>>Financial Management:
Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
2>>Maintaining General Ledger:
Recording all financial transactions accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
3>>Performing Month-End and Year-End Closing:
Preparing financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
4>>Preparing Tax Returns and Statutory Filings:
Ensuring timely and accurate submission of all required tax and regulatory documents.
5>>Reconciling Accounts:
Verifying bank statements against internal records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
