Key Responsibilities:

1>>Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
2>>Sales and Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, recommending solutions to prospects, and converting leads into clients.
3>>Account Management: Managing existing client accounts, ensuring smooth service delivery, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
4>>Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
5>>Client Acquisition: Actively seeking new clients through various channels.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring client satisfaction by addressing their concerns and providing excellent service.
6>>Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales performance, analyzing data trends, and preparing reports.
7>>Collaboration: Working with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer support) to meet client needs and resolve issues.
