Key responsibilities may include:
Lead Generation and Management:
Identifying and pursuing potential broadband customers, often from online leads or referrals.
Customer Interaction:
Communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and answering questions about broadband services.
Sales and Upselling:
Promoting various broadband plans, bundles, and add-ons to customers.
Technical Support:
Providing basic troubleshooting and guidance to customers experiencing issues with their broadband service.
Customer Retention:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and feedback.

• Salary: Rs. 20,500/CTC- to Rs. 25,500/-CTC
• Qualification: Graduate
• Work Location: Across Hyderabad
• Work Experience: 0 to 3 years (Broadband experience is an added advantage)
• Job Role: Attending Customer House, Cross Selling / Upselling to Airtel Existing Customers
