BDEs establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
3>>Developing and Implementing Growth Strategies:
They create and execute strategies to expand the company’s market presence and increase revenue streams.
4>>Collaborating with Internal Teams:
BDEs work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align growth efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsbilities:
a. Have complete knowledge of product portfolio.
b. Identify and onboard new pharma retailers & chemists within the assigned territory.
c. Manage distributors and build relations with retailers (General Trade)
d. Contact potential retail outlets and promote the company’s products and services.
e. Deploy and maintain POSM materials (posters, standees, shelf talkers, etc.) at retailer locations as n when planned by the client
