A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with clients. They play a crucial role in expanding a company’s market reach and securing its future success.
Key Responsibilities:
1>>Lead Generation and Prospect Management:
BDEs are involved in identifying and qualifying leads through various channels, including market research, networking, and outreach.
2>>Relationship Building:
They build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as a point of contact and fostering long-term partnerships.
3>>Sales Strategy and Execution:
BDEs develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals, often working closely with sales and marketing teams.
4>>Negotiation and Closing:
They negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
5>>Market Analysis:
BDEs analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
6>>Reporting and Analysis:
They track sales metrics, monitor progress, and prepare reports for management, providing insights into sales performance.
7>>Collaboration:
BDEs collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.

✅ Two-wheeler & Driving License required

✅ Strictly candidates with loan sales experience only
Salary Package:
💰 Up to ₹25,000 + Incentives
