System & Software Handling
Operate computer systems efficiently and ensure they run smoothly.
Manage data entry tasks, update records, and maintain databases.
Handle MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and documentation.
Monitor system performance and report issues to the IT team.
Data & Documentation Management
Prepare and maintain digital files, reports, and logs.
Verify and update records with accuracy and attention to detail.
Print, scan, photocopy, and manage office documents.
Technical & Administrative Support
Assist in troubleshooting basic computer and printer issues.
Support staff with system usage and application-related queries.
Maintain inventory of office equipment and ensure timely maintenance.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with internal teams for information sharing.
Ensure all work is completed within deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
