A Trainer, also known as a training and development specialist, is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. They assess training needs, create instructional materials, conduct training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training. Ultimately, their goal is to improve employee performance and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1>>Needs Assessment:
Identify skill gaps and training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
2>>Curriculum Development:
Design and develop training programs, including creating instructional materials like manuals, presentations, and handouts.
3>>Training Delivery:
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various methods like lectures, interactive activities, and simulations.
4>>Evaluation & Feedback:
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback mechanisms, and make necessary adjustments.
5>>Coaching & Mentorship:
Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to employees to support their learning and development.
Industry Exposure Required Industry – School, Spoken English Institute, IELTS, V&A
trainer from International BPO (with BA English)
Experience in similar institutions (Teaching to the age
group 16 – 24 yrs, for more than 5 yrs)
Knowledge/ Other
Competencies:
Basic Computer Knowledge
Compensation Band Rs 35 K – 50 K p.m. + PLI upto Rs 10 K p.m.
