A DST (Direct Sales Team) member or Manager in Home Loans focuses on acquiring customers, processing loan applications, and building relationships with clients, often within a specific geographical area or with a particular focus like affordable housing. DST roles involve both individual sales and team leadership, requiring strong sales skills, customer service, and knowledge of home loan products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1>>Customer Acquisition:
A>>Generating leads through various channels, including open market, builder relationships, and other referral sources.
B>>Directly engaging with potential customers to promote home loan products and explain their features and benefits.
C>>Conducting site visits and property assessments as needed.
2>>Loan Application Processing:
A>>Assisting customers with the application process, including document collection and verification.
B>>Ensuring timely and accurate completion of loan files according to company policies and procedures.
C>>Coordinating with internal teams (e.g., operations, credit) for loan sanction and disbursement.
3>>Relationship Management:
A>>Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, channel partners (e.g., builders, brokers), and other relevant stakeholders.
B>>Providing ongoing support and service to clients throughout the loan lifecycle.
C>Addressing customer queries and resolving issues related to their home loan.
4>>Sales Target Achievement:
A>>Meeting or exceeding individual sales targets for home loan disbursement.
B>>Contributing to the overall sales performance of the team or branch.
5>>Team Leadership (for DST Managers):
A>>Mentoring and guiding a team of Relationship Managers or Sales Officers.
B>>Driving team performance and ensuring adherence to sales targets and quality standards.
C>>Providing training and development to team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
