English Trainer

An English Trainer develops and delivers English language lessons to enhance students’ reading, writing, and speaking skills. They create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback to guide their learning. Additionally, they foster a positive learning environment and adapt their teaching methods to meet individual student needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development & Lesson Planning: Designing and implementing effective lesson plans that cater to various proficiency levels and learning styles.
2. Classroom Instruction: Delivering engaging lessons that cover grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
3. Student Assessment: Monitoring student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, and providing constructive feedback.
4. Creating a Positive Learning Environment: Fostering a supportive and motivating atmosphere where students feel comfortable participating and improving their English.
5. Adapting Teaching Methods: Adjusting teaching strategies based on student needs and learning styles.
6. Maintaining Records: Keeping track of student progress and providing regular reports.

Should have good communication skills.
