Field sales reps negotiate prices and terms with customers, handling objections and closing sales.
Managing Accounts:
They manage customer accounts, ensuring proper documentation, follow-up, and ongoing communication.
Providing Feedback:
Field sales reps gather customer feedback and relay it to internal teams to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
