HK – Associate/ Supervisor

A Housekeeping (HK) Associate or Supervisor oversees the cleanliness and organization of a facility, often in hospitality or healthcare settings. They manage housekeeping staff, assign tasks, ensure standards are met, and handle guest requests or concerns. An Assistant Supervisor supports the Supervisor in these duties, often acting as a liaison between the supervisor and other staff.
HK Associate/Supervisor Responsibilities:
Staff Management: Assigning tasks, creating schedules, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
Cleanliness Standards: Ensuring all areas (guest rooms, public spaces, etc.) meet established standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Inventory Management: Ordering and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment.
Guest Services: Addressing guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation policies.
