Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and other legal requirements.

5. Training and Development:
Identifying training needs, coordinating learning and development initiatives, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
6. Compensation and Benefits:
Designing and administering compensation and benefits packages.
7. HR Policy Development and Implementation:
Creating and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure they are fair, effective, and aligned with business needs.
8. HRIS and Technology Management:
Managing HR systems, including HRIS and ATS, and recommending improvements to HR technology.
9. Employee Engagement:
Implementing strategies to improve employee morale, motivation, and retention.
10. Budget Management:
Managing the HR department’s budget, including hiring budgets and other related expenses.
11. Reporting and Analysis:
Tracking key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, retention rates, and other relevant data, to inform HR strategies and decision-making.
12. Strategic Planning:
Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
