Key Responsibilities:
1>>Recruitment and Hiring:
Managing the entire recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding, and sourcing talent.
2>>Training and Development:
Identifying training needs, developing programs, and ensuring employees have the resources they need to succeed.
3>>Employee Relations:
Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
4>>Performance Management:
Implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and supporting employee growth.
5>>Compensation and Benefits:
Managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with organizational goals.
6>>Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, and developing and implementing company policies.
7>>HR Strategy:
Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
