Operations Manager (Turnkey Projects from Construction industry)

An Operations Manager for Turnkey Construction Projects is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a construction project, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring it’s completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They act as a bridge between project management, construction teams, and clients, collaborating to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, as well as managing resources effectively to ensure timely and successful completion.
Resource Management:
Overseeing material procurement, resource allocation, and inventory management to ensure a smooth workflow.
Team Leadership:
Supervising and motivating construction teams, addressing potential issues, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Vendor Management:
Maintaining relationships with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and managing their performance.
Financial Management:
Monitoring project costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Quality Control:
Implementing and maintaining quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
Client Communication:
Acting as a liaison between the project team and the client, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Problem Solving:
Identifying and resolving project issues, such as delays, cost overruns, or quality issues, to keep the project on track.
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations, building codes, and internal company policies.
Continuous Improvement:
Identifying opportunities for improvement in project processes and workflows.
