Managing a multi-line phone system, answering calls, taking messages, and forwarding calls as needed.
3>>Managing the Reception Area:
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
4>>Administrative Tasks:
Scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and assisting with basic office duties like photocopying and sorting mail.
5>>Providing Information:
Answering inquiries from visitors and callers, providing accurate information about the company and its services.
6>>Maintaining Records:
Keeping track of visitor logs, employee directories, and other relevant information.
7>>Supporting Office Operations:
