Responsibilities:

3>>Visitor Management: Registering visitors, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor logs.
4>>Providing Information: Answering general inquiries from visitors and callers, and providing information about the organization.
5>>Maintaining Reception Area: Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
6>>Scheduling Appointments: Managing calendars and scheduling appointments for meetings, interviews, or other events.
7>>Managing Mail and Deliveries: Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.
8>>Basic Administrative Tasks: Assisting with tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
