Key Responsibilities:

1>>Sourcing Candidates:
Utilizing various channels like job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment events to attract qualified candidates.
2>>Screening and Interviewing:
Reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens and in-person interviews, and assessing candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
3>>Managing the Recruitment Process:
Coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, extending job offers, and onboarding new hires.
4>>Maintaining Records:
Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track recruitment metrics, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
5>>Building Relationships:
Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners.
6>>Staying Updated:
Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment, particularly in the specific industry the specialist works within.

Urgent Requirement
Position : Recruitment Specialist
Experience : 03- 05 years in Engineering / Manufacturing Sector
Qualification : Any Graduate
Skill Required : Good in Communication, MS word and MS Excel
