Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various channels like networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Product Presentation and Demonstration:
Presenting products or services to clients, demonstrating their features and benefits, and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
4. Sales Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms, and closing sales deals effectively.
5. Sales Target Achievement:
Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals set by the company.
6. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, tracking progress, and generating regular performance reports.
7. Market Research and Analysis:
Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify new business avenues.
8. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience and sharing market feedback.

Requirements:
1. Will be responsible for sourcing the business – Branch & Open Market.
2. Will be responsible to interact with the customers & explain about the product.
3. Should be able to manage relationship with customers/branches/ Managers.
4. Will be responsible for End-to-end documentation, with the customers.
5. Execute activities/events from time to time augment business effort.
6. Will be responsible for daily updation of leads/lead tracking/business tracking.
7. Ensure the prescribed guidelines & laid down process is in execution.
