A Sales Executive for cement and Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) would be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for both cement and RMC products. They would also be responsible for prospecting new clients, negotiating deals, and providing technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals for both cement and RMC, including setting sales targets and forecasts.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including builders, architects, and contractors, through regular communication and follow-up.
3. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including researching potential clients and generating leads.
4. Sales Operations:
Manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure, including preparing quotations, submitting bids, and negotiating contracts.
5. Technical Support:
Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product selection, usage, and application.
6. Performance Reporting:
Track sales performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports to management.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, build rapport, and negotiate deals.
2. Sales and Negotiation Skills:
Proven ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
3. Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of cement and RMC products, their applications, and construction practices.
