A Sales Executive in the FMCG/HoReCa industry is responsible for driving sales and building relationships with customers in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector and the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HoReCa) industry. They achieve this by developing and executing sales strategies, managing distributor relationships, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
Develop and implement sales plans to drive product distribution and sales.
Manage distributor relationships to ensure optimal sales performance.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and HoReCa clients.
Provide excellent client servicing, addressing queries and resolving issues.
Identify and onboard new HORECA clients.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Stay informed about market trends and customer preferences.
Develop and implement strategies for product placement and visibility.
