Design and build tailored Salesforce solutions that align with dynamic business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine functional and technical specifications.

Customize and configure Salesforce platform features including Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Components (LWC & Aura).

Ensure seamless data integration and migration across systems, using SOAP, REST APIs, and middleware tools.

Maintain robust technical documentation to support future scalability and onboarding.

Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal Salesforce performance.

Perform extensive Salesforce administration tasks — Reports, Dashboards, Workflow Rules, Objects, Approval Processes, Security, and Permissions.

Utilize modern JavaScript libraries such as LWC, Aura, and jQuery to enhance user interfaces.

Conduct system performance reviews and fine-tune processes within Salesforce Governor Limits.

Execute data operations including import, export, and transformation using Data Loader (insert, update, delete, upsert).

Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and industry best practices.

Estimate, plan, and prioritize development tasks effectively — both independently and within a team.
