What will you do?
● Strategize, schedule, and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook,
and more, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and timely posts.
● Assist in writing captions, producing reels, designing banners/thumbnails, and
curating impactful marketing creatives.
● Work closely with multiple teams to understand features and align marketing
communication accordingly.
● Plan testimonial shoots across India, coordinate with freelancers, and manage
content delivery for social media platforms.
● Recruit, onboard, and guide interns across projects with regular check-ins and
performance tracking.
● Track social media engagement, campaign results, and continuously optimize for
better reach and impact.
● Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

What we’re looking for:
● 2-4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or related roles.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting
engaging and clear content.
● A proactive attitude, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup
environment.
