Site Acquisition Executive

A Site Acquisition Executive is responsible for identifying, securing, and managing properties for a specific purpose, such as retail locations, telecommunications towers, or renewable energy projects. This role involves site research, feasibility analysis, negotiation with landowners, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They act as a liaison between the company and various stakeholders, including landowners, government agencies, and community members.
Responsibilities:
1. Site Identification and Evaluation:
A>>Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential sites based on predefined criteria, such as location, size, zoning regulations, and accessibility.
B>>Feasibility Studies:
Evaluate the technical, financial, and legal feasibility of each site, including assessments of power supply, environmental impact, and potential challenges.
C>>Site Visits and Documentation:
Conduct site visits, capture geo-tagged photos, and document findings in detailed reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2. Negotiation and Acquisition:
A>>Landlord Negotiations:
Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and other necessary documents with property owners.
B>>Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain relationships with landowners, community members, and relevant government agencies to facilitate the acquisition process.
