Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening:
Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Technical Expertise:
Understanding the technical requirements of IT roles and assessing candidates’ skills and experience.
Interviewing and Assessment:
Conducting technical interviews and assessments, potentially collaborating with hiring managers on coding challenges and other assessments.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and coordinating the interview process.
Pipeline Management:
Maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates and ensuring timely hiring.
Offer and Onboarding:
Assisting with salary negotiations, employment offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Compliance and Legal:
Ensuring all recruitment practices comply with US labor laws and visa regulations.

Timings: 7:00pm to 4:00AM IST
