A Content Creator – Social Media Specialist develops and implements social media strategies, creates engaging content, manages social media channels, and analyzes performance to enhance brand awareness and engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and analytical abilities to effectively connect with target audiences and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1>>Strategy Development & Implementation:
Crafting and executing social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals, including content calendars and platform-specific approaches.
2>>Content Creation & Curation:
Producing various forms of content (text, images, videos, etc.) and curating relevant content from other sources to maintain a consistent and engaging presence.
3>>Community Management:
Monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive online community.
4>>Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and generating reports to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.
5>>Platform Optimization:
Ensuring company profiles are up-to-date and optimized for maximum visibility and engagement across different platforms.
6>>Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Working closely with other teams (marketing, design, sales, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with broader business objectives.
7>>Trend & Competitive Research:
Staying informed about the latest social media trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

# Content Creator – Social Media Specialist
## Role Overview
Create engaging video and graphic content for social media platforms to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
## Key Responsibilities
– Edit short-form videos/reels and long-form content for social platforms
– Design social media posts, stories, carousels, and promotional flyers
– Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines
– Stay current with social media trends and platform requirements
## Required Skills
*Software Proficiency:*
– Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
– Adobe Photoshop, Canva
– Video optimization for social platforms
*Creative Skills:*
– Visual storytelling and design principles
– Brand consistency and visual identity

– Understanding of platform algorithms and trends
## Qualifications
– 1-2 years content creation experience
– Portfolio demonstrating video editing and graphic design
– Knowledge of social media analytics
– Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Design (preferred)
## Compensation
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
