Field Officer

A Field Officer would likely be responsible for overseeing and managing security operations, ensuring the safety and security of the facility and its personnel. This role would involve coordinating security personnel, conducting site visits, and responding to incidents. They would also be involved in developing and implementing security protocols and emergency response plans.

Responsibilities:

1. Security Operations Management:
Overseeing the day-to-day security operations of the facility, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response.
2. Site Visits and Inspections:
Regularly visiting different locations within the facility to assess security risks and ensure compliance with established protocols.
3. Incident Response:
Responding to security breaches, emergencies, and other incidents, coordinating with security personnel and other relevant departments.
4. Security Personnel Management:
Supervising and managing security personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
5. Policy and Procedure Development:
Developing, implementing, and updating security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
6. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Identifying potential security risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
Maintaining effective communication and coordination with other departments within the Avengers Facility Services, as well as with external agencies when necessary.
8. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintaining accurate records of security incidents, conducting investigations, and preparing reports on security operations.
9. Budget Management:
Developing and managing budgets for security operations and equipment.
