6. Negotiation and Closing:

Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
8. Sales Process Management:
Managing the sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
9. CRM Management:
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
10. Collaboration:
Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and service, to support sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
11. Market Research:
Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
