A Telecaller at Kurmam Infra Projects is primarily responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting real estate projects, and generating leads. Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:
Making a high volume of calls to prospective clients to introduce Kurmam Infra Projects’ real estate offerings.
2. Lead Generation:
Identifying and qualifying potential customers interested in real estate.
3. Inbound Handling:
Addressing customer inquiries, providing information about projects, and resolving issues.
4. Relationship Building:
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
5. Database Management:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and information.
6. Sales Support:
Collaborating with the sales team to schedule site visits and convert leads into sales.
