They also contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace and may assist with tasks like restocking supplies or bagging orders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:
Greeting customers, assisting them with their orders, and ensuring a positive experience.
2. Payment Processing:
Handling cash, card, and digital payments, processing refunds, and providing accurate change.
3. Order Management:
Accurately recording orders, communicating with kitchen staff, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
4. Cash Handling:
Balancing the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
5. Restocking:
Ensuring essential supplies like napkins and straws are available at the counter.
6. Maintaining Cleanliness:
Keeping the cashier area tidy and organized.
7. Problem Solving:
Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
