Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and expand market share.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a sales team, setting goals, providing performance feedback, and ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, fostering loyalty and long-term business.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, analyze competitor activities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing clients, showcasing the company’s products and solutions.
Reporting and Forecasting:
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, sales support, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and optimize promotional activities.
Industry Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities.
Negotiation and Closing:
Lead the sales process from inquiry generation to closing deals, including negotiation and contract implementation.
Problem Solving:
Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
