A Telesales Executive is responsible for selling products or services over the phone, engaging with both potential and existing customers to drive sales and meet revenue targets. They build relationships, manage accounts, and handle customer inquiries, all while adhering to sales strategies and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1>>Sales Generation:
Making outbound calls to potential customers (cold calling) and following up on leads to persuade them to purchase goods or services.
2>>Customer Engagement:
Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and tailoring sales pitches to address those needs.
3>>Product Knowledge:
Developing a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to customers.
4>>Account Management:
Maintaining and nurturing customer relationships, processing orders, and managing customer accounts.
5>>Sales Target Achievement:
Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
6>>Customer Service:
Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
7>>Lead Management:
Identifying and qualifying potential leads for the sales team.
